friday fotos--**wandertag** (translation: hiking day)

I think the earth has shifted and Idaho has suddenly inherited Seattle's climate. It has been soooo rainy lately. Luckily, I was able to take advantage of a sunny Saturday and go hiking with my boys.

Here's what we captured via camera phone....

I love this picture. Little J wants to be JUST like his biggest brother--right down to the backwards hat.



Top of the mountain....

Exploring the caves where we found pristine natural objects such as beer bottles, condom wrappers, and drug pipes : (.

Z made sure he stayed out in front and reminded us frequently how slow we were climbing....

Two miles to the top....at the pace of little 4 year old legs :) . What troopers they all were though! There were some difficult parts and they stuck with it. L only asked me to carry him about 78 times instead of 100.

Sadly, people seem to hike to this destination to show off their graffiti skills. The bench has been painted over so many times that I think it's now more paint than cement. BUT it felt good to get to the top and take a little break while enjoying the gorgeous view.


Now...I was dared to put the video of myself dancing the exact dance Lady Gaga does in the "Bad Romance" video....and I would have to....but it wouldn't load. Wrong format. Darn. :)
