Anyway--
Here's what we've been up to this week!:
Friends don't let friends get out their old clogging shoes and dance to John Denver songs. Except mine let me. I will never live it down. (Yes...I know how to clog....and I own a John Denver CD...I've never claimed to be cool :) )
I re-arranged my living room! Usually the couch looks toward the window as a focal point, but it's been so gray and gloomy lately, I decided to face it into the room. I think it stayed this clean for about 4.2 minutes. See that big green hutch? That's where my computer is--just in case any of you wonder where I write this brilliant stuff from. Notice I have no computer chair? I sit on my big ottoman----for hours and hours----I sit with no back support----I think I'm going to have a nice hunchback by the time I'm 50 :P .
This guy is pretty cute, isn't he? I bet he's probably even thoughtful, and smart, and funny. Too bad he lives in California. I should totally go down to visit him some time. Oh wait........ That's where I am. :)
See ya Monday.
~Happy Weekending!~

Are you really nearby in Cali?!?!
How fun!
I was wondering if those were oreos on that boy's head or some sort of Mickey Mouse yamika ;)
Do your vacations ever stop?
Thats it! Thats all we get about the mystery man.
Not cool Jennifer! :P
Have fun!
California! WOW. And I agree with Carrie, a little more info on mystery man please.
Wow, "cute guy" is making an appearance on the blog! Hope you are having a great time. I expect some SERIOUS IM'ing when you get home. :)
Hey! Hope you're having a great time and everything goes incredibly well!
Hey, Like the new arrangement. When we put our tree up in the front liv. room we rearranged as well and our couch is in front of our bay windows just like you've done.
My computer is also in a hutch/armoire and I have a kitchen chair pulled up to mine so I don't have to sit on an ottoman anymore. You should try it, you'll like it. Except I always sit at the edge of my chair, so I suppose that's not really helping my back either.
I knew your trip was this weekend. And you better tell me all about your trip! I CANNOT wait to hear about it.
SHUT UP!! Is that New Boots guy???? He's HOT!! Is that his house??? Is he a good kisser??????
A trip and a mystery man. hmmm... You better start talking girlfriend! :)

Ha... love the sign. I always wish I had my camera when I saw funny things too. We we were shopping in Winco when I saw the biggest bushiest eyebrows possible on this man. They were like Bert's on Sesame Street! I SO bad wanted to take a picture cuz I though they were funny. Too bad, I think that considered a little rude. :o)
So jealous that you're in Cali. Hope your trip goes well.
Enjoy your trip and we can be hunchbacks together. I never sit in my computer chair. We were really too good looking anyway, those big hunch backs will even the playing field for the other women out there ;)
Is this flower guy??? He's quite a looker! Can't wait to hear about your trip!
I am with Heather.
And that sign made me laugh out loud. Sadly I could have written it. . .almost.
Have fun in California.
ah ha! waiting to here more and more and more about your mystery man....i knew he was out there! :)
and clogging! yippie---now you can rest knowning that you are not the only nerdy gal out there. i LOE clogging. i took two semesters of it when i was at ricks---best exercise out there...still have my shoes :) actually, i would love to take a class---but clogging isn't that big out here---just in utah and idaho :)
lovin' the sign, and way to go super cool clogging chick :)
If that's New Boots guy then you have a LOT to spill, girl. I can think of a few girls who will get it out of you, too. Before Ida-HO is even a glint in our eyes.
p.s. "Got me a fine wife, I got me old fiddle, when the sun's coming up I got cakes on the griddle...life ain't nothing but a funny, funny riddle...thank God I'm a country boy." Do not EVER make fun of John Denver. I have seen him in concert--the year before he died. He performed with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and it was AMAZING. Seriously.
Oh, enjoy California. May you not find 15 pounds there. :)
He IS a cutie! Have a wonderful time. I sent you a message on FB but now I don't expect a reply til after you get back. :)
That's really not nice to end a post like that and then leave us all hanging until Monday. :)
I do hope you have a wonderful time. :)
He is cute! :) Cliffhanger! Hope you have a great time! Love your living room! So cute! And that sign is hilarious!
I was wondering if you'd spill the beans that you are here now. I am hoping that you are having an incredible time.
Jennifer. He is so cute. As I expected him to be.
I can't wait to hear more.
Love this post!
The sign is hilarious...so glad you had the camera!
and it is so fun to have a "sneak peek" into someone's life. I could very easily become a Peeping Tom (not in a yucky way but more in like ... what does it look like inside this house) so it was fun to look at your photos!
I love John Denver and you are way cool! I so wish I knew how to clog! Maybe one of my girls will do it.
Hope you're having a great time and that the sun is shining...both inside and out :-)
Is that New Boots???????? Didn't HE move to California??????? I'm all up in arms! (Is that the right saying??) He kinda looks like the youngest brother off of that show Brothers and Sisters!) I need to know!!! Don't think I can make it 'til Monday!! I'm sure I'll be able to fill in some time watching my Sooners play in the Big 12 Championship Game tonight though! Whoever he is...he's a cutie! I hope you have an awesome time :) (I bet he even thinks you look cute in your clogs!)
If it weren't for the kids playing with Mr. Mystery, I would have accused you of pasting some actor's picture onto your blog *wink*. I hope your trip was wonderful!
Since I live in California, I have one question... did you bring that gloomy weather with you?
Have fun!
Cute, thoughtful, smart, and funny...does mystery guy have a single older brother? :)
You are so naughty. Now the boots guy must know by now that your whole life plays out right here, so if you think you can only IMG and not post about it here................GRRR......and to set it all up by showing all those other photos.........and then just leaving us hanging. :)
My friends daughters are big cloggers and musicians, I really should link you up to their music as I am sure you will love it. It is so folksy, do you do folksy? I don't, so I figured you would!! lol
I LOVE John Denver...and I don't even Clog, I square dance. lol...
I guess you've had an earful already of my MM comments. I know when to stop. It's weird working backward from the present. You're so good at your blogs (revealing only what you wish). It's yet another talent...or maybe it's just self control?
I'm in a quandry myself at where oh where to put our computer in our house.....UGH.
ugh.
