An attitude of gratitude

Happy November! In an effort to add to the wonderful feeling of gratitude that accompanies this month, I thought that at the end of each of my postings I would tell something I'm thankful for--some serious and some silly, but all true. I'd love to see some of you try it too! SO today I'll start off by saying that I am so grateful not only for the sound of my children's laughter, but for the ability I have to make them laugh. Today I went into the family room to change one of James's stinky diapers. I saw the other three boys in there watching a TV show, and so rather than tell them "hey this is going to smell awful, you might want to leave the room", I held James high in the air and called "All hail to Sir James Stinky Pants, king of the poopy diapers, able to clear a room with his mere smell". They all thought I was hilarious--bless their hearts. The sound of their laughter is like fuel for my heart.
