*They're both in school now! Ethan started yesterday and says he loves it. He's one of only 3 boys in his whole class though!--guess he'll have his pick of girlfriends ;)! I'm sure I'm just "mom-biased", but I think these are sure some good looking kids!:
* I know how to cheer him up though----give him and his brother a box of Styrofoam peanuts! They made an atrocious mess, but they were cute doing it!
*My buddy Merridy provides our "mobile barber service" on a monthly basis. She has saved a great deal of my sanity with this service! She even cut my hair this time for HALF of what my stylist charges. Huzzah!
*And finally---look who I got to meet this week! Music legend Tony Bennett!:
(okay, okay....this one is actually from back in October when I visited the wax museum in Las Vegas, but I thought I'd attempt to fool ya'al :) !) Just tell me that doesn't look real!
Wait one more day----then have yourself a merry little weekend!!!

OK, I remember that Tony Bennett picture from its original post, and I really did think he serenaded you. You got me on that one.
Poor Liam...He does not look happy at all in that picture
I am so glad the boys are adjusting well in school. What a huge blessing and relief. And you totally got me on that Tony Bennett one. I was all "WHAT" then read on. Love the barber picks...just wanna eat those cheeks!
Ha! You totally got me with Tony B.! He DOES look real! It's both neat and creepy....can you imagine having a wax sculpture of yourself in a museum???
Love the pics of school. We don't start school here for another week and a half!
i'm such a dweeb... i totally thought the tony bennett thing was real. i was thinking "WHY HASN"T SHE TOLD US BEFORE NOW THAT SHE WAS GOING TO MEET TONY BENNETT!?!?"
glad that the boys are doing well in their transition to school. how are YOU holding up?
Your boys are so cute...it's not just that you're biased. And you are so pretty too.
I can't believe there are so few boys in your son's class. It's the opposite here. My daughter is one of only a few girls her age at our church.
little boy haircuts are the best! luckily brook does a pretty good job with the clippers so we've never had to take the boys and get a haircut. Dad, the barber shows up to do it.
what do you mean you don't photograph well? Pshaw! You're beautiful!
Love the Liam look.
You're boys are VERY handsome. So glad they're both liking school.
I may be friend bias but those are pretty cute boys!! Your comment on my blog made me cry today. Glad to know there is someone out there remembers my moms greatness.
It looks like the boys are loving school. They look like the big kids on campus with their cool packs.
I love home haircuts, I cut all of my boys hair (even Jeff) every 4 weeks. It's kind of fun!
That wax Tony Bennett looks SO real.
I'm impressed you have a mobile barber. Wow.
That's a great photo of you by Liam! I like it!
I can't believe your son (can't remember which one) only has three boys in his class. Goodness. There must be a girl explosion in your area!
My kid go back to school in a week and a half. I'm happy and sad about it. :o)
Adorable boys, Beautiful Mom!
Wow, that picture looks so real. And the Hazzah comment, did you get that from the show at Excalibur, cause they were having us yell that constantly during the knight stuff.
If was fun seeing you guys at school yesterday. I hope that Zane can get moved to our track, that would probably be easier for you.
Do you start school soon??
I was believing that you met Tony Bennett. Looks so real.
Cute pic of you by the boy!
That IS a great pictures of you and how cool is that that your "stylist" comes to your house. I got to get me some of that. Tony looks totally real, you had me fooled, that is until I read your post. I've always wanted to go to a wax museum. I think it would be a little creepy because the was figures are such good likenesses.
You and Tony always were tight! :) Such great big boys at school!! And definitly handsome, not mom biased at all. It looks like Liam inherited some photography skills too. Good job!
♥ Great pictures! I actually did think that it was a real picture! :)
he looks great for his age...and sounds good too!
and you do photograph well, my dear.
Ok at first look I thought maybe that was your dad. Soooo I am slow. Nothing new there...Good ole Tony. Thanks for coming by my digs and hangin. cherry
It looks like Tony was about to give you a big smooch!
I'm sooo glad the boys are enjoying school! And the picture of you on your couch is adorable! You are SO photogenic.
Okay and I thought you'd really met Tony Bennett and I thought..."wow! They must be good friends!"
Now look just how cute you are... :)
And that Tony Bennett thing? I would've bought the charade, hook line and sinker.
The pictures turned out great. We have the same haircut, mine is just longer......love the totally textured ends.
Glad the boys like school. I can't wait for my girls to start back up........2 weeks to go.
I'm so glad to hear your boys are doing well in school! I know that has to ease the pain a little :) Looks like your little guys are having fun too :) I LOVE the pic of Tony Bennett and you! How cute is your hair !!! You gotta love home haircuts! Your little Liam (?) is super cute! (They all are...but I love that pic of him) Enjoy your weekend with those cute boys!
I found you through Blog Around the World and I am glad I did. You have such a cute blog! I may stalk you for a while:-) Don't worry...I always leave nice comments.
Are you kidding me? That you don't photograph well?! Whatever. :-)
Madalyn has the opposite issue. She is one of 5 girls in her class - with 12 boys. And one of 19 girls out of 80 in the entire second grade. So, so strange!
Love the photos--and, well, I did have to look twice, but Tony B. is looking pretty darn waxy to me!
I had to do a double take with Tony, it could be real with all the fake make-up and plastic surgery. Too funny.
I hope that the school thing goes better as time goes on. Is there a car-pool that you could joing to make you not have to go so often to p/u? It is really a sanity booster.
