friday fotos...no kidding!

Woo hoo! It's Friday morning and I am ready to roll with my FOTOS :) ! Somebody ought to buy me a new pair of shoes for this major accomplishment!.....diamond-encrusted, chocolate-covered shoes.....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
***Here's what we've been up to this week:***
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I did a girl's night with my good bloggy friend Miki last Friday. We had such a fun time eating pizza and frozen yogurt. And laughing. And laughing. And laughing some more. In fact--in this picture, I am standing on a chair so I won't look so short next to Miki, and I am laughing so hard because I'm about to fall off....and because we have employed the Golden Spoon lady to take multiple pictures of us....
If this picture could talk it would say: "Miki, you're looking good, girl! But Jennifer!!!--what's with your giant head and your weird nose and your lazy eye and that one freaky hair? Are you on something?...Besides that chair?" :) *Thanks Miki---I had the best time and we will for sure do it again soon! *

~~~~~~~~~~~~
SUMO!!! I love when the big boys play this game:
No children were harmed in the taking of this picture....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I call this photo "what happens when you let a 2 and 4 year old play with the can of sprinkles", also known as "not easy to clean up a million tiny balls that keep rolling away and are stuck the bottom of everyone's feet"......

Then there was dancing while Mom did all the sweeping (though they did eat their way through quite a few of those spilled sprinkles....can't say they weren't helpful!)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Got my Halloween decorations up! Doesn't my chandelier look macabre?
Look what else I found in the Halloween box......
I've always wanted to know what I'd look like with a big, blonde afro!
Yup. I am sooooooo wearing this thing everywhere I go for the next two weeks!
~Happy Weekending!~
AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEBBIE!!! MAY YOUR DAY BE AS ENJOYABLE AS DIET COKE WITH A SLICE OF LEMON :)
AWWWW...thanks JP...love the new "do." Rotini pasta swirls look great with those Jimmy Choos. Do you think Wal-mart guy will recognize you?
I can't wait to see you at school with your new do. You know you probably would fit right in. I am glad the boys helped out, it is good to know you can count on your kids for good help! And I think you look great with your friend, I didn't see any werid eye or freaky nose or vice versa.
So cute. The wig looks great on you. I think you should consider a permanent switch. :) You are a good mom to take pictures of the messes. I just FREAK at the many messes.
You laugh when the boys play sumo (when all I am thinking is, "someone is going to hit the entertainment center or table on the way down!") and I can only manage to look the other way for maybe two slides down the stairs on the down comforter before I holler "Enough. Someone is going to get hurt!" All the while thinking how much fun it was to do that as a child.
I think I have become my mother.
Love the chandelier.
Thanks for your nice compliments on my writing.
You're so weird. (And no, it's not because of the giant blond afro. ;p) I don't know why you think your head looks big next to Miki. You look darling as usual. Love the sprinkles on the floor. That looked a little like my house.
The wig is perfection and will take Lula down to get it.
Happy Friday! Sprinkles and sumo wrestling? What a fun place for boys to hang out! And I'm glad you are getting some time to hang out as well. I'm assuming you had sprinkles with your frozen yogurt, so one out of two ain't bad!
Great pictures. Glad you got to have a girl's night out.
Maybe I should get my boys a sumo outfit. Might be better than what they do now, which is tackle or hit the other one and run away as fast as they can.
Love the wig. :)
Hi, Jennifer!
Like the wig! It looks great on you! And what you did to the chandelier is very spooky! Kind of looks like mine when I don't dust it for a while.
I also enjoy your music selections. We must have the same taste.
Hope to see you again sometime.
Too funny!
I LOVE the sumo game! I'll have to introduce that to my boys.
You shoud SO wear the blonde afro everywhere you go, it's so you! ;)
Smashing Dahling!
What's the Golden Spoon? No wait, it says Frozen Yogurt behind you.
And you look beautiful!
You let your boys play with sprinkles??
And the wig. I think that this should be your new avatar. At least on Halloween.
And I cannot wait for the smackdown between Heather and Lula. I'll be there to photograph the event.
OOOH, Diet Coke withe Lemon my favorite from Sonic! My #2 and #3 monkeys played with balloons like your boys were doing, except bouncing off the wall. #2 ran into #3 while she was right by the wall, pop, wack, blood, and lots of tears. Oh, good memories, good memories!
I just noticed your Roman shades on your living room windows--did you make them? If so, how hard was it? I love Roman shades since they're harder for the kids to play with.
That wig deserves a trip to Wal-Mart with the Spanx and wonder bra. It reminds me of Rhea Perlman in Matilda with her platinum ringlets all over. Hi-lar-ious!
Such great photos. So "real". Is that a Lia Sofia necklace you are wearing?
I am lovin' that blonde Afro!
I have never seen a container of sprinkles that big..ever. You guys must be some serious sprinkle fans..lol..
Good pics! Love the blonde curls! And you look GREAT in that picture--I don't know what you're talking about!
I love the blonde afro, maybe it should become permenant?!? :o) And all that sumo wrestling for boys looks mighty fun, like something my brothers invented... maybe a little safer than hitting the other with pillows? aka a pillow fight, better yet a trip to the ER.
Loving the orphan Annie wig. I think you should wear it out running errands/or in class, take a picture of where you go and um...blog about it. Yeah...do it...do it...do it...maybe I'll do it...wear my girl's Hannah Montana wig...ha ha...or the Snow White one. Ha ha...
and *I* have a lazy eye! Right on, sister! Rexy, aren't we?
Hey, thanks for swinging by my blog via my sweet cousin ManicMandee. It was like a celebrity sighting when I saw your comment. I'm one of your silent readers. ;)
I would of never noticed your hair, til you had to go and mention it. so WTH was up with it!! hee hee
I love your boys game, but not letting my daughter know about it. Our whole home could fit into that one room. Imagine the mess they would create.....oh wait, I already have that mess.
Mercede once spilled those little tiny bity rocks they put in the bowls with the live bamboo plants. She spilled them all out onto my CARPET! Can you say DEATH to the NEW vacuum :(
JENNIFER!!!!! I found a song for YOU! I was driving and had to switch to my favorite secular radio station since my christian station must not have gotten enough funding and shut down. :(
(whew! that was one long sentence!)
Anyway! The first song that came on was "So What" by Pink. And I immediately pictured YOU dancing with your boys and now my vision, for some reason, includes a big blonde afro, in your living room with this song blasting on your stereo.
Enjoy! I dedicate it to you, my friend, you ARE a rockstar!
Wish you were in Washington though!
My boys, your boys and frozen yogurt :)
JENNIFER!!!!! Your BLOG!!! I forgot all about how you were going to post our picture YESTERDAY!!!! Now I totally love your comment on my blog....it made me think of everyone I've been missing out on lately, and I'VE BEEN MISSING OUT!!! Once you see my blog...you'll see why...
First of all, I noticed the song...wink. That was fun. Secondly, I love our picture. We DID have fun, and we DID laugh, A LOT! I'm so ready to do it again, whenever you are. That pizza place just rocked. I can't wait for Elena to come so we can all go together. Now that will be one rockin' laughin' conversation! We are all so fun (there's nothing worse than when someone calls themselves fun....but man....).
Okay, "thirdly" (why do I feel like I've missed you so terribly?), did you know I totally played that game with my brother? We used to stuff our clothes with soft things, and box. It's so fun.
"Fourthly" (man I've missed this!), we will have to do something tomboyish together once, and that movie (Indiana Jones) was so bad. I'm so glad we did what we did instead.
Hope nobody reads this far.....for this next statement.....
What was I so worried about? Nobody even mentioned my silly old picture. Now I won't worry incessantly next time. People are here for you, not me. It's a relief.
and btw....I loved your clown pictures, not because they're good (they are) but because you just looked so darn content and happy in each of them. I love those "I don't care, I'm happy, and you can look" photo's. Hands down, favorite kinds.
OK, Sumo wrestling is something we're going to have to try. I think my kids would be all over it.
And I talked to Mindy today and we think we should all 3 get together soon. Maybe during the day with our littler ones. Let me know if you'd be up for that.
Hope you had a great weekend!
