Since I grabbed a few of your attentions with the mention of my husband having got me the perfect Christmas gift, but not saying what it was.....I thought I'd run myself a little blog contest. Below are a few clues as to what this practically perfect present is. Have a read, take a guess--I'm leaving the contest open until Saturday, so you may guess once each day. The person whose bid comes the closest without going over (wait, that's the Price is Right)--but if any of you even get in the ballpark, you win a wonderful lil' sumpin' sumpin' that I'll send your way. Here are your clues:
1. It's something personal (you may have read that one already), but it's personal because it is designed just for me.
2. It's under $100
3. I will use it just about every day, except (usually) Sunday.
4. I can't eat it. I won't even try.
5. It is something I tried to make for myself and couldn't, no sewing involved.
*and even if you're someone just popping in here for the first time, go ahead and take a guess--who knows, you just might win! Excluded from this contest are all members of my immediate family (Zane, Ethan, Brad--no guessing!), and also the person responsible for making my gift if she may be reading this :).
Ready, set, guess!

Okay, this guess counts as yesterdays because I thought of it last night while laying in bed trying to fall asleep. :P) I am guessing a new purse or bag of some sort. (Now I get to think some more today and guess again.) HA! Can't wait to find out what it really is.
Oh goodness. i am so bad at these sort of games. I would guess a purse too. But, since Elena already took that answer, hmmmmmmmmm. I think it's a shoe organizer. (told you I was bad at this!)
Emily, Elena,
i thought somebody might try to guess a purse, that's why I added the NO SEWING clue. I suppose you could make a purse without sewing, but I don't know how lovely all those safety pins would look...
I am really good at waiting for surprises, so I kinda don't want to guess, but I will say a big magnet/organization board.
Hope your holiday season is going well. When we were in Mccall Sunday night, our McCall said the family prayer and she said, "Please bless Brad, Jennifer, and Liam." So cute. Just wanted to tell you!

I am usually really good at these riddles, but geez...this is a tough one. Made for you...use it everyday...UNDERWEAR? :) HA! I couldn't resist!! Ummm...business cards? ;) Maybe? I am stumped!!
Jennifer- go ahead and link away! I love visitors! Talk to you soon- Kamee
Okay, I admit, I am stumped. I am trying to figure out why you wouldn't use it on Sunday and the only thing I can think of is that maybe you don't watch tv on Sunday, so I am making my guess for today as.....something to do with the tv. (Don't know what exactly, I would say a new entertainment center, but I know you would just go whip one of those up yourself. So it's probably not.) We leave for SLC tomorrow, so probably no more guessing from me. I am so curious.
Ya, the "not on Sunday" thing has me stumped as well. I'm with Elena on the no TV but since she already said something to do with that I'll have to keep thinking because I'm not coming up with anything!
Last guess of the day. (This one counts for tomorrow. :) I am having WAY too much fun with this. You know me, I always peek at my presents, the suspense is killing me.) I am now going to say (with the aided help of my very own clue) a newly designed blog page. Am I even close??
OOhhhh! That's a good guess Elena! It sure fits all the clues.
i was thinking it was a desk for you...but then all the clues don't fit.
i have nothing!
i foudn a gift for me and have put the thought completely out of my mind so i won't even know what it could be. i only saw that it was a small pottery barn bag. and i will stop thinking right now!
enjoy your "surprise"
