ask me anything

Aaaaah....all this dry Idaho heat is making me a lazy blogger. So, I'm going to jump on the bandwagon I've seen traveling through a few blogs and let you guys just ASK ME ANYTHING (that is not obscene, too invasive, or in any way related to the fact that I have 12 toes...). And don't worry, you won't have to spend all day checking the comment box hanging on my every answer (ha!) --I'll take the best questions (which will probably be all of them) and turn their answers into a post for tomorrow. That way I'll be killing TWO blogging birds with ONE blogging stone (even though I don't actually kill anything......). So ask away!!!---

and THEN, hop on by Today's Creative Blog where I am the guest blogger today--featuring someone a few of you know and love ;)!
ALSO...one of my bloggy friends Steph (the Crockpot Lady) was on RACHAEL RAY making her crockpot creme brulee'! How cool is that? Then she got a big news article done about her that also talked about my bloggy friend Kim. If you're interested, read it here.

May your Monday be very un-Monday like!
And here Kat---this one's just to help you and I have happy thoughts today :) :

Jennifer,
Is it true that you have 12 toes? Because I heard you actually have a tail and just tell people you have 12 toes to make them keep their eyes on your feet instead of your backside!

Hi jennifer! I love your blog! My name is Monica and I teach 1st grade in Texas. I have a classroom blog and am wanting to make some changes...it really needs it! I LOVE the vintage Dick & Jane graphics...where can I purchase the digital scrapbook kit?

Thanks in advance,

Ok, I have a feeling you are so obviously kidding about the toes. But if there is any slight chance that you actually do, at this point you have to show us pictures. Or a footprint. How sad that you wouldn't be able to wear those socks that are like gloves and have a place for each toe.

I cannot believe that that crockpot girl was on RR! Good for her that is so exciting! I've only visited her blog a handful of times but her personality really comes through!

I'm sure you have showed us many bazllion times but my computer is broke and I haven't been able to visit much. Tell us the story behind the sofa and chair you saved "10 years for". From your comment today! I need photos!

heart you girl, of to TCB!

WOW, JENNIFER!

I am stunned right now. Thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I be on RR now too?! ;)

Whew...catching up from the weekend. I missed three of your posts! So sorry...won't happen again.

My heart aches for your friend. He was so young and I'm sad for his young family. I'll pray for their strength.

And I DID sing along to The Gambler. Now I will have it in my head all day.

You did a fantastic job guest posting! I dropped by Emily's blog and left her some love.

Alan Rickman...just for me. (Oh, and if you see that someone has your blog open for hours on end. It's just me. Gazing.)

Questions...what a great idea. I am all about pilfered blog topics. Because unlike most bloggers...I am so not a writer. And interesting things just don't happen to me. Or when boring things happen...I cannot make them amusing.

So...my question...that will probably only interest me...is about homeschooling. Because I am gathering all my curriculum for the coming year. What are your plans for the boys this year? Do you have a homeschooling style? Do you have them all doing the same thing? With four, how much time do you spend each day? Feel free to expand. Or delete entirely as your regular readers may go screaming back into the woodwork...

Oh you and Kat are so naughty! :) Great work on Today's Creative Blog; Emily was the perfect blog to feature! As for my question....Hmmmm....How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood? Just kidding, I really want to know how you find the most fitting songs every day for your blog. Do you KNOW all this music or do you search for certain topics or something like that?

Here's my question:
How are you doing really? How are you handling your current struggles?
Not that I think you aren't doing well. Just want to make sure.

Is this man evil or what? Okay that is not my question, but he is so evil, brhahahahah!

Do you have a talent that no one knows about?

I can make my eyes roll corss-eyed into the back of my head. It was great in school to get out of tests as I faked passing out. When I do it now I just get a migrane.

OK, here's the question. How do you come up with such fun and interesting blog topics. I basically stick with what's going on with my family and am wary about branching off into other areas.
Great picture, definitely looking better in this picture than as Snape, too greasy for me.

I have two (sorry, you can pick just one)
1) If you could go back in time knowing what you know now and change something in your life
OR
flash forward to see how it all turns out so you can know and make a different decision now/in the future which would you do?

2) Are you afraid of anything? To be fair, here is mine...The dark. Really, when my husband is out of town, I have to leave the hall light on a night.

I've been thinking of your great post all day long. I've been thinking, and think ing of my question for you...

Every question I think of is just too deep, too serious, and well, too much! Remember now, in all fairness, I'm a serious type girl who really admires fun people because I'm stuck in my serious head all day long. I feel that any time you share with us your deepest feelings, that it is a true gift. Those are my favorite posts, and I respectfully wait until you give the next deep one (this is exactly why I loved Amanda's questions).

But I want to ask something so I don't miss out on the fun! OOoooooh, I know. I want to know, what is your favorite type of book/writing style. I want to know, if you ever publish, what kind of book it will be: Drama, Romance, Mystery, Children's, Violent (tee hee)!!! Anyway, I'm really curious to see which is your favorite so as to get a peek into the future... maybe....

Wow, two Jennifer P. posts plus a comment on my blog! What a day! Hmmm, I'm trying to think of a good question. How about telling us about your poetry?

I have a question, actually lot of them, but it probably isn't fair since we grew up together, but . . . do you still eat noodles with your fingers straight out of the package? (ps, you have cute feet).

If I just feed my kids crackers for the next year, while I read blogs and blog, is that neglect. I mean I can buy the crackers that have veggies in them, is their meat and fruit crackers?.

I really can't think of a question but I'm really looking forward to reading the answers to the ones above! Especially that 12 toe thing! I sure do hope there's a picture :-)

ooh boy, that's daring!

I'm gonna ask you the question we're all thinking, but won't say.

Here goes...
Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip!

I might have to steal this post idea! I love it!
